Before you continue, it's important that you know if you’re applying as an employee or a contractor.
What’s the difference?
Employee (W2)
If you don’t have experience, you should choose "employee". Don’t worry, experience is not required. We can train you to clean, all you need is a great attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
Contractor (1099)
If you already have some professional cleaning experience, you can choose to apply as a contractor or as an employee. Contractors earn a larger percentage of each job than employees do, however, you are responsible for paying your own taxes at the end of the year.
Keep in mind that as a contractor you will need your own supplies. If you don't have any supplies, don't worry—we can lease ours to you.
