Before you continue, it's important that you know if you’re applying as an employee or a contractor.
What’s the difference?
Employee (W2)
Ready to see if you have what it takes? Choose "employee"—don’t worry, experience is not required. We can train you to clean, all you need is a great attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
Contractor (1099)
Already a seasoned pro with a minimum of 1 year of experience? Choosing to be a contractor means embracing the flexibility and autonomy that come with the role. While contractors earn higher percentages per job and have the potential to earn up to $1,100 a week, it's important to note your responsibility for taxes at year-end.
As a contractor, you're in charge of your own supplies, but don't worry—we offer convenient leasing options to ensure you're equipped for success.
