Governors Grant Pool Cabana Reservation Policy/Form

Effective May 1, 2023 the fees for rental of the Pool Cabana "AREA" for group functions are:

Class 2	$200	up to 40 ($200 Refundable Deposit)	3 hours

The deposit will be returned to you if the "AREA" is cleaned properly after your event. Bag trash and place in Waste Management containers outside cabana on left next to bicycle rack. Fees should be paid with separate checks so that the deposit can be returned to you after the event.

The GG Property Owners Association (GGPOA) assumes no responsibility for any accident/injury in connection with the use of the "AREA" and is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property.

Scheduling the Area

• The "AREA" is for Governors Grant property owners and their guests only.
• Group functions are organized gatherings or parties or get-togethers of residents and guests that would exceed the number of guests (4) allowed per resident home
• Only one group function can be scheduled at a time.
• Private parties are not permitted and all residents may still continue to use the "AREA".
• Group functions may be scheduled during normal operating hours of the "AREA", as follows:
  • Monday-Thursday, 6:00 9.00 p.m. only.
  • Friday-Sunday, 11:00 a.m. 2:00 p.m. only.
  • Scheduling is not allowed on Holidays or during Swim Meets.
• A three-hour maximum limit is enforced for group functions.

• Reservation will be confirmed by email after Reservation Form and payment are received

Reservation Rules

• The Pool Rules are in effect and will be strictly enforced during the function. Be sure to review them with your guests.
• Reminder that no glass may come in the gates at the cabana & pool which includes serving pieces, bottles, etc. which includes the cabana kitchen/office.
• Each person attending must sign in using the group function sign-in sheet. (Adult required to sign waiver if under guests is under 18 yrs
• The resident reserving the "AREA" must be present during the group function at all times.
• Adequate adult supervision of children is the resident's responsibility. Pool staff members are not lifeguards.
• Group functions that exceed the time limit will be assessed a fee equal to that paid.
• Group functions that exceed the number of participants (residents + guests) will not be allowed to continue.
• Resident must share parking available in parking lots but not on grass in GG. If Class II Party, request to have guests use overflow parking and no impact residents at pool parking lot.

Cleanup

• All trash and party items must be removed from the "AREA" at the conclusion of the event. "AREA" should be free from food and drinks (including spills) to prevent flies, ants, etc.
• Failure to clean the AREA before leaving will result in loss of some or all security deposit.

I agree to abide by the GGPOA Pool Cabana rental rules and published Pool Rules. / assume responsibility for any damages incurred by me or my guests, and understand that violations will result in fines and suspension of my association privileges.

Reservation booking is not finalized until homeowner receives an email confirmation from CAMS (aadleman@camsmgt.com) with receipt of check, pool party attendants scheduled, and pool time/date available.

Note: Pool Party reservation does not close the pool to residents. Party reservations are for the cabana area.
