3. Homeowner completes digital rental on website under Forms.
4. All clubhouse rental events must end by 11:00 p.m.
5. Rentals require a minimum of 2 weeks advance of rental date. Last minute
rental request will not be accepted.
6. Select Preview Form following completion to download and save copy.
7. CAMS receives submittal form online and sends Homeowner email from
acknowledging application.
8. “Tentative” with Homeowner name will be listed on GG Calendar.
9. Homeowner must submit payment to reserve clubhouse within 1 week.

11. Or option to send Check(s) written to GG POA. Note: Include separate check

12. When payment is received at CAMS, GG calendar will be updated with
“confirmed” status and homeowner contacted via email with Rental
Reminders for arrival and departure including security access code.
13. Note: Any pending reservations are subject to change if payment has not
been received. CAMS will reach out to verify with first applicant.
14. No commercial activity is allowed.
15. CAMS contacts Cleaning Service to arrive following event to clean.
16. Clubhouse Walk Through (preview of facility) prior to reservation date is
recommended with Board or Maintenance Committee resident to help
homeowner plans in using the facility as well as arrival/departure
requirements.
17. Homeowner will receive an email on proposed date and time given on
application to arrange the Clubhouse Walk Through / Preview.
18. Homeowner will receive a one-day code for entrance to the clubhouse with
Rental Reminders and confirmation of Clubhouse rental date and time
through CAMS portal.
19. Access code is for day of event only. 4 digit number followed by Letter B on
keypad required.
- General Clubhouse Information
- WIFI is available (shared with Rental confirmation & listed in clubhouse)
- Smart TV is available in 2 rooms of the Clubhouse. Remote is on back
bottom right with Velcro. Please replace when departing.
- Fireplace remote is available on hearth. Thank you for replacing to same
position.
- No commercial activity is allowed.
- The clubhouse is for property owners and their guests only.
- The property owner using the facility must be present at all times.
- No parking on grass is allowed.
- Delivery trucks may not park on grass or back up to unload on grass.
- Upon arrival, use the flip switch inside on the right of the entrance to the
Down Position to keep door unlocked as you set up and guests arrive for
your event
- Furniture in clubhouse is not to be moved.
Tables and chairs are available in the closet for use. Please clean off tops before
replacing back in the closet at the end of event.
- Cork board only can be used to hang decorations. NO TAPE, Command
Strips, etc. are permissible on walls or furnishings. (Push Pins are not
provided for Cork Board.)
- No parking on the grass at any time during your rental. Please have guest
park in clubhouse and pool parking lots. If additional parking will be
required, contact CAMS for access to the overflow lot across the street.
- The property owner who rents the clubhouse is responsible for any and all
damages that occur during the rental and for damages that occur if facility is left
unlocked.
- Failure to abide by any of these guidelines shall result in suspension of rental
privileges, applicable fines, and replacement costs.
- Cleaning products and trash bags are available under the sink for use.
- All events must be concluded by 11:00 p.m.
Following Rental
1. Please be sure to clean out all party items to include the refrigerator.
2. Please clean immediately after your party. Failure to clean before the cleaning
company arrives following your event may result in forfeiture of all or part of
your deposit. This includes:
3. All Trash should be taken to GFL Trash Canisters Front Right of Cabana
(northwest corner) Do not leave trash inside the clubhouse to help eliminate
odor and pests.
4. Remove all party items.
5. Clean and return all folding chairs and tables to storage closet.
6. Wipe down all counters and any spills on floor.
7. Return fireplace remote to hearth and Smart TV remotes to Velcro on back
of screen
8. Turn off all INTERIOR lights & ceiling fans when leaving the facility.
9. Thank you for leaving the Front porch lights on for security & safety.
10. All clubhouse rental events must end by 11:00 p.m. to allow for cleaning
staff to arrive following the event.
11. Lock the rear door and all windows before exiting the clubhouse.
12.Lock the front door and flip switch to lock (UP Position) when
exiting clubhouse.
13. Thank you for not turning lock on doorknob inside. Only deadbolt is used for
FOB and code access controlled by switch up or down.
- Clubhouse will be reviewed that there is no damage or problems.
- Problems, damage, or rental issues with the clubhouse, residents must
contact CAMS property management at ctaylor@camsmgt.com /Caprice
Taylor or aadleman@camsmgt.com /Angela Adleman immediately.

can be reached by email through the website: www.ggpoa.com
- CAMS will email homeowner to ask if deposit check can be shredded or needs to
be mailed back following inspection.
