Counseling Services Request
Thank you for reaching out to the CCU Counseling Center. We proudly serve students of the College of Undergraduate Studies. Students may inquire about clinical mental health services by completing the form below. Counseling requests are reviewed as quickly as possible. Please do not submit multiple requests. Communication regarding eligibility for campus services or support with accessing care in the community will be primarily through email. Please check your email frequently and respond in a timely manner.

If you are in need of immediate support please contact Colorado Crisis Services by calling 844-493-8255, texting TALK to 38255 or visiting the walk-in center at 4643 Wadsworth Boulevard, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033.

Counseling appointments are scheduled on the hour for 45 minutes. If you require evening or weekend appointments we can assist you with identifying a community provider.

Please carefully consider your schedule and select the days and times you are available for appointments. Note that 11AM appointments are not available on Tuesdays and Thursdays as the Counseling Center is closed for Chapel.*
