Non-ABCST Consultant Request Form

To be approved, a non-ABCST Consultant must:
- Be a Certified Sex Therapist through a recognized certifying organization.
- Be certified for a minimum of 4 years and be a practicing Sex Therapist and licensed clinician (e.g. LFMT, LPCC, Clinical Pyschologist, etc.).
Only ABCST approved consultants can provide consultation to ABCST members and ISW students pursuing certification in sex therapy from ABCST.

Please allow 5-10 business days for processing.
- Application Approval: The ABCST Director will contact you and the approved consultant and will provide both with a copy of the current Consultant Handbook.
- Application Denial: A member of our team will contact you for clarification.
Please note: All clinical hours collected past May 1, 2020 without a contract/agreement on file with ABCST will NOT count toward certification. It is the job of the applicant to submit the contract/agreement before commencing consultation and collecting clinical and/or consultation hours. Applications listing clinical and consultation hours after 5/1/2020 without consultation contracts on file are subject to approval being denied.
