Falcon Pride Booster Club Membership Form

The Falcon Pride Booster Club is an organization of parents, teachers, administrators and interested members of the community who support the athletic extracurricular activities at DC West High School.

The purpose of the Falcon Pride Booster Club is to unify students, faculty, parents and community members in support of DC West athletics and activities. Our goal is to increase school spirit and provide financial assistance to ensure that continuing involvement of all DC West High School athletic programs and to work with school and community leaders to reach and exceed those goals.

The Falcon Pride Booster Club is operated under a set of by-laws, which prescribes how the Boosters conduct business. A membership is required to vote or hold office in the Booster Club. A membership allows you to attend meetings of the Booster Club and have a vote on Booster matters. Also, members are eligible to serve on committees.
