Note: Each space can accommodate up to one 8ft by 3ft table. Tables larger that 8ft by 3ft are not allowed unless you buy 2 spaces in which the maximum length increase to 16ft (double the length of one space). The width would still be capped at 3ft though.

This is an application only. DO NOT SEND MONEY NOW. Participants will be invited from all eligible applications received. This is a non-juried show. There is no need to send samples of work BUT we reserve the right to deny access to any vendor whose goods are not eligible as described in the show rules. Failure to meet any of the conditions or to follow any of the rules at any time during the registration process or during the show itself will be grounds for immediate removal from consideration, will forfeit any money already paid, and will forfeit future rights of application. 1. All vendors and any associated partners must sign the show application and agree to follow all show rules, instructions, and agreements. (The signed application also serves as your contract agreement and insurance waiver.) 2. No consumption of alcoholic beverages is allowed by show participants. Any vendor or helper appearing to be intoxicated or drinking alcoholic beverages at the show will be asked to leave the show grounds. 3. No smoking is permitted, including e-cigarettes. 4. Vendors must remain for the entire show. No early breakdowns. 5. Individual vendor set-ups must fit within the space contracted. This includes chairs/stools, checkouts, overhangs, inventory hanging from overhangs, inventory for sale or storage, or tent poles, pegs, ropes, and awnings. Spaces are preassigned and measured according to each exhibitor’s application specifications. 6. Vendors must arrive before the show opens to set up. No special request refunds will be made for reassignments due to late arrival. 7. Food vendors must obtain proper health department permits by the specified due date or they will not be allowed to participate in the fair, and will have to forfeit all funds paid to the fair. Permit applications are required usually no less than 45 days before the show date. All food booths are inspected by the town health department at each show. Please do NOT apply for a health department permit until you are accepted into the show. 8. Very limited access to electricity is available for a fee. Generators are not allowed. Electrical needs must be planned for in advance and will not be added the day of the show. 9. Payment must be made before the show to guarantee space. Space will not be held unless payment is made in full. 10. The fair is rain or shine and unless the show is canceled by the promoter, refunds will not be given. 11. All vendors must sell only the items they disclose on their registration. 12. Tables are NOT INCLUDED in your booth space rental fee. Up to 2 folding chairs can be made available by request if desired. 13. It is recognized that many vendors have increased their use of technology in the form of cellular phone applications and devices such as The Square, VENMO, Apple Pay to complete customer transactions. Unfortunately with the wide variety of devices and providers utilized we CANNOT provide technical assistance in this area. We will not have any School District Technology Staff Members available to assist vendors. It is recommended that all vendors have an alternate method for money transactions. 14. Hold Harmless Statement: By registering as a vendor in the OLA Craft Fair, I hereby release the Our Lady of Assumption School and Parish, it’s directors, officers, administrators, employees, volunteers, and other agents from all liability for any and all injuries arising from my participation in said event. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Our Lady of Assumption School and Parish, it’s directors, officers, administrators, employees, volunteers, and other agents against any claims asserted by the vendor as a result of participation in this event. Vendor assumes responsibility and holds harmless the Our Lady of Assumption School and Parish, District directors, officers, administrators, employees, volunteers, and other agents from liability regarding lost, stolen or damaged property that the vendor has brought to the event. Our Lady of Assumption School and Parish directors, officers, administrators, employees, volunteers, and other agents including students will not be responsible for supervision of vendor property at any point during the duration of this event. Vendor assumes responsibility and holds harmless the Our Lady of Assumption School and Parish, its directors, officers, administrators, employees, volunteers, and other agents from liability for any and all injuries arising from products and services sold by vendor representatives participating in the Our Lady of Assumption Craft Fair. Lastly, Our Lady of Assumption School and Parish directors, officers, administrators, employees, volunteers, and other agents including students will not be responsible for any vendors failure to product all the appropriate tax, permit and any other legal rights of passage to legally conduct your business. By submitting this application, you are agreeing to all of the terms and conditions and hold Our Lady of Assumption School and Parish directors, officers, administrators, employees, volunteers, and other agents including students harmless for any negative outcomes from the Our Lady of Assumption School Craft Fair.
