Prism Salon South Policies (that are subject to change at any time):
Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your Upcoming Appointment(s), 48 hours notice is required. If you cancel with less than 48 hours of notice before your appointment, there will be a 50% charge of the pre-scheduled services by Prism Salon to your card on file. If you are a Late Cancellation by cancelling with less than 24 hours of notice before your appointment OR you are a No Show, there will be a 90% charge of the pre-scheduled services by Prism Salon to your card on file. Zero exceptions are made to this policy at all, unless there is a true emergency. Late Cancellation: Cancelling your appointment with a notice of less than 24 or 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. No-Show Cancellation: Absent from your scheduled appointment with no notice. Upcoming Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with no fees incurred by cancelling in your online Boulevard account with a notice of 48 hours or more. You can check the status of your appointment or reschedule 24/7 up to 48 hours before your appointment by signing into your Boulevard account using the confirmation email that was sent to you when you first made your appointment. So be sure to SAVE that email (or recover it from trash if you happened to delete it!) If you need to reschedule or cancel 0-48 hours before your appointment, the reschedule/cancel policy will apply yet you can feel free to email me about your appointment change at leilanigrayhairstylist@gmail.com .
Late Arrivals: If you are 1-14 minutes late for your appointment and Leilani is able to create your desired service result and stay on schedule without running into another client's service time, then you will be charged $1 per every minute you are late. If you are 15 or more minutes late for your appointment and Leilani is unable to create your desired service result while not running into another client's service time, then your appointment will have to be rescheduled and Prism Salon will incur a charge equal to 90% of your pre-scheduled services. As an alternative option if you are willing, Leilani may adjust your pre-scheduled services with a possible modified service result to stay within the allotted time for your appointment with no Late Cancellation charge. Late Arrival: Arriving at your appointment 15 minutes or later after your scheduled appointment start time
Service Refinements: Leilani strives to offer every guest the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your service, please let Leilani know ASAP via email to leilanigrayhairstylist@gmail.com so she can have the opportunity to make the adjustments needed to better align your look with the result you both aimed for in your most recent Consultation. Adjustments must be made within 2 weeks of the original service or else a new Service(s) must be booked and paid for. Adjustment: Complimentary changes made to the current result to better align your look with the result aimed for based on the most recent Consultation with Leilani and yourself; these changes are done only when you are truly unhappy. If you have a change of heart or mind and want a result completely different result from the original planned result, new Service(s) must be requested.
Retail Returns: Any haircare product or item purchased from Prism Salon can be exchanged for full credit as long as the product was used once/90% full or more. All Prism Salon item purchases made during promotions are eligible for exchange at the sale price only. No Prism Salon item purchase can be returned for cash. Any item purchased from https://bit.ly/LeilaniKilolowithLimeLife is subject to the policies of LimeLife by Alcone.
Etiquette: Please be kind to all clients and employees of a Prism Salon location. No extra persons are allowed to come with you to the Prism salon space unless they are getting services done. No children are allowed at appointments. Please try to arrange childcare for minors unless they are receiving a service. If you are sick with a fever or virus (including COVID-19), please reschedule with a notice of 48 hours or more before your appointment. Masks are not required to be worn by clients or employees at Prism Salon yet you may wear one if you'd like! Discriminatory, derogatory, or disrespectful statements and actions will not be tolerated. If discriminatory, derogatory, or disrespectful statements or actions are directed towards Leilani at any time during your salon appointment for any reason, Leilani has the right to refuse service and end the service after shampooing and rinsing any chemicals off of your hair and skin. Leilani will also will take appropriate action to make the salon owner Brittany aware of what happened.
If you choose to not agree to any of the above policies, notices, and terms, Leilani has the right to refuse future services with you after today/your upcoming appointment. **You also acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that you may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by your mere presence with Leilani and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. Leilani is committed to following all guidelines to keep the working space you are in as safe as possible. You understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of yourself and others, including, but not limited to, salon employees, volunteers, and program participants and their families. You hereby release Leilani Gray at Prism Salon South from any and all claims arising from or in connection with any direct COVID-19 impact while visiting.
