REFUNDS
Twisted Treatz is NOT obligated to refund any money for transactions once a sale is made. We have a strict NO REFUND policy. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to our error, the owner will contact you directly to discuss the situation. In rare cases of known issues, a 30% discount may be applied to your next order—redeemable within 60 days.
PICK-UP
Pick-up location will be sent after initial payment is received.
• Pick-up is at 12:45 PM with a 15-minute grace period.
• At 1:02 PM, a $25 late fee will apply.
• After 1:30 PM, a $35 late fee will apply.
All late fees must be paid before the order is released.
DELIVERY & SETUP
Twisted Treatz only offers personal delivery for weddings and funerals/repast services.
• Delivery fee: $35 and will be included within price
• Delivery must be set up and discussed during consultation.
• No delivery changes will be made after the deposit is paid.
PAYMENTS
Payments are accepted only through our invoice system.
We do not accept cash, Cash App, or Apple Pay outside of the website for initial payments
We do offer Swipe/Tap Pay and AfterPay Installments.
• A 50% deposit is required to book.
• The remaining balance is due 3 days before the event.
• For last-minute orders, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Note: Taxes apply to all purchases.
CAKE CARE
A Cake Care card will be provided before and after pickup.
We are not responsible for damages once the cake leaves our premises.
Cakes are secured with support dowels and cake boards.
Please handle with care and be mindful of heat, driving conditions, and tilting.
INDIVIDUAL WRAPPING
Items are not individually wrapped by default.
If wrapping is needed, it must be requested during the consultation. Otherwise, everything will be boxed neatly.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• All cakes have support dowels between layers.
• DO NOT SMASH CAKE IN FACE (unless you ordered a SMASH cake!)
