Booking Policy

• I recommend orders be placed at least 1 week in advance.

• Missed the deadline? If the site allows, feel free to book.

• Need it sooner? RUSH orders (within 1-3 days) require a Rush Fee and full payment at booking.

 Deposits & Payments

• To place a standard order, use code “DEPOSIT” for a 50% deposit at checkout or full payment if you choose!

• Remaining balance is due 3 days before pickup. So if your order is needed within 1-3 business days just pay in full! 

• Late payments will result in cancellation. I am not willing to take remaining payments the day before or the day of pick up. 

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Remaining balances are paid via INVOICE or CASH only

Please upload 1-2 cake or treat design photo's for design reference.  An image of a idea you have found on Google, Pinterest , Instagram, Tiktok, or a picture you may have drawn yourself. The more ideas you are able to show the closer I can get to designing your product. 

PLEASE NOTE I DO NOT REPLICATE CAKES but I will use your uploaded images to create a very similar cake. ⠀⠀

REFUNDS

Twisted Treatz is NOT obligated to refund any money for transactions once a sale is made. We have a strict NO REFUND policy. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to our error, the owner will contact you directly to discuss the situation. In rare cases of known issues, a 30% discount may be applied to your next order—redeemable within 60 days.

PICK-UP

Pick-up location will be sent after initial payment is received.

• Pick-up is at 12:45 PM with a 15-minute grace period.

• At 1:02 PM, a $25 late fee will apply.

• After 1:30 PM, a $35 late fee will apply.

All late fees must be paid before the order is released.

 
DELIVERY & SETUP

Twisted Treatz only offers personal delivery for weddings and funerals/repast services.

• Delivery fee: $35 and will be included within price

• Delivery must be set up and discussed during consultation.

• No delivery changes will be made after the deposit is paid.

 
PAYMENTS

Payments are accepted only through our invoice system.

We do not accept cash, Cash App, or Apple Pay outside of the website for initial payments  

We do offer Swipe/Tap Pay and AfterPay Installments.

• A 50% deposit is required to book.

• The remaining balance is due 3 days before the event.

• For last-minute orders, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Note: Taxes apply to all purchases.

 
CAKE CARE

A Cake Care card will be provided before and after pickup.

We are not responsible for damages once the cake leaves our premises.

Cakes are secured with support dowels and cake boards.

Please handle with care and be mindful of heat, driving conditions, and tilting.

 INDIVIDUAL WRAPPING

Items are not individually wrapped by default.

If wrapping is needed, it must be requested during the consultation. Otherwise, everything will be boxed neatly. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• All cakes have support dowels between layers.

• DO NOT SMASH CAKE IN FACE (unless you ordered a SMASH cake!)
