Animal Alliance is an all-volunteer, non-profit, animal welfare organization dedicated to the rescue and placement of stray, neglected and abused animals.

Animal Alliance is completely funded through public donations and fundraising efforts.

All of our pets are cared for by trained veterinary staff and behaviourists. Our pets reside in experienced foster homes unless needing extensive treatment or training.
In that case they would then be staying at our trusted vets with full time care or in our heated kennels with trainers and behaviourists until they are ready to be rehomed. 

Any pets surrendered to Animal Alliance receive veterinary attention and the utmost care and affection . All adopters have to pass extensive checks before and after adoption. Animal Alliance has a no kill policy.

It is a big responsibility to have a pet, and sometimes life gets in the way. You might have to make serious and unexpected choices, such as giving up a beloved pet.

If you encounter unexpected obstacles in your life there are many ways to avoid this, but if you've exhausted all of your options, please know you are not alone. 

We offer a sympathetic and friendly service.
No judgement, no questions, no fuss.
We admire those who put their pets needs first and seek help.

Our service is completely confidential and no information is passed to third party's. 

We can collect your pet for whatever reason. Whether you are in financial difficulties, have been unable to train your pet, they have shown aggression or if you have an unexpected vet bill and are faced with the decision of euthanasia. 

 

At Animal Alliance we try to make surrendering your pet as easy as possible. We can provide you with picture and video updates of your pet with us, and in their new home, for your reassurance and peace of mind.

All surrendered pets must be vet checked, any illnesses or injuries will be cared for. If you have not previously had your pet neutered and microchipped this must be done at the expense of the rescue.

Each pet also requires flea and worming treatments, transport, training, housing, food etc again all at the expense of the rescue.

We would be eternally grateful of any donation towards the care and upkeep of your pet as we do not receive goverment funding and rely solely on public donations.

 

** Rescues are required to have all animals vet checked, neutered and microchipped. If your pet needs any of the above we have listed the costs these entail below. Please consider all regular additional expenses ie. worm and flea treatments, food, transport etc.  
We ask that you please donate to cover all or as much of your pet's expenses as possible.

(all prices are approx as can vary depending on weight and size of animal or vets used) 

Neuter £220-390

Vet check £40

Vaccinations £70 (x2) 

Microchip £20

Transport approx £50-£200 (variable- 50p-70p per mile)

Kennel costs £15 per night 

Also food, flea, worming or any other routine or regular treatments as per the needs of your particular pet.

By signing this form, I state that I am the owner of the animal(s) who is/are the subject of this Animal Surrender Form.
To my knowledge, no other person has any right to this animal. I hereby surrender all rights to the animal to Animal Alliance. 

I understand that once I relinquish the animal, the animal will not be available to be returned. I have read and understand the terms of this Animal Surrender Form.
