A non-refundable 75% deposit is required in order to place and process the order. The 25% balance is due before shipping or local pick up.
Orders totaling $40 or less must be paid in full.
Turnaround time is 10 business days, unless notified otherwise (not including shipping). You MAY receive the order earlier but this is NOT guaranteed.
A rush order fee will be added to orders needed in less than 10 business days. Rush orders must be paid in full.
A shipping fee will be added to orders that require mailing.
You will be contacted within 24 hours of submitting this order form to confirm the details of your order. Then, an invoice will be provided with the quote and payment information. Your order will be started once the non-refundable 75% deposit is paid.
I Understand that the non-refundable deposit and final payment method is via online checkout through PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to make an online payment.
Due to the custom nature of the items and services provided by ExcelLex Creations, all items or services purchased from ExcelLex Creations are non-refundable. In the event of any defects or errors discovered within 24 hours of pick-up or delivery, we will rectify them at no additional cost.
