Payment Submission Instructions:
1. Cash or Check - After completing the above information, select the "Print Form" button below. Place the printed form, along with your cash or check (payable to FHSPG), in an envelope. Write "Project Graduation" on the outside of the envelope and have your student turn the envelope into Student Services. Then select the "Submit Form" button below which sends an electronic copy of your form to the Project Graduation Ticket Committee Chairperson.
2. Venmo - After completing the above information, please send payment via Venmo to:
@FHSProjectGrad2024
Include your student's name in the Venmo message line, "What's it for?", click on the $50 selection, and press "donate". Then select the "Submit Form" button below which sends an electronic copy of your form to the Project Graduation Ticket Committee Chairperson.
3. PayPal - After completing the above information, please send payment via PayPal to:
fhsprojectgraduation@gmail.com
Include your student's name in the message line. Then select the "Submit Form" button below which sends an electronic copy of your form to the Project Graduation Ticket Committee Chairperson.
