Consultation Services Agreement

 

 

Scope of Agreement:

This Agreement include 60 minutes one on one consultation. For representation at Court the client has to sign a new contract.

Fees:

The Fees shall be as follows:

• Consultation: From $95/hour
• Other services not included.

Electronic Communication:

The Client shall accept the electronic mail method of communication. Correspondence shall be sent to the Client's email and accept consultation by Zoom application or alternative method.

Not show

If the client does not show up on the day of the Zoom consultation, it will be considered a no-show and the consultation will be canceled without the right to a refund of the fees.

The Parties make this Agreement effective on the date specified. If the client needs to change the appointment must be accepted by the lawyer 72 hours before consultation.

Alcance del Acuerdo

El cliente tendra 60 minutos de asesoria legal individualizada donde le explicaremos el marco legal aplicable. Este acuerdo no provee representacion a la parte en el Tribunal. Para representacion en el Tribunal, agencia o comparecencia a citaciones debe firmar un contrato.

Comunicacion electronica

El Cliente aceptará el método de comunicación por correo electrónico. La correspondencia se enviará al correo electrónico del Cliente y aceptará la consulta mediante la aplicación Zoom o método alternativo.

No Presentacion

Si el cliente no se presenta el día de la consulta de Zoom, se considerará un no-show y la consulta se cancelará sin derecho a un reembolso de las tarifas.
Si el cliente necesita cambiar la cita debe ser aceptada por el abogado.

Las partes hacen este acuerdo valido desde la fecha especifica. Si el cliente necesita cambiar la cita por razones validas, la nueva fecha debe ser acordada por el abogado y tendra derecho a retener el 50% de la cantidad de la consulta, de no presentarse nuevamente no tendra derecho a reembolso.
