Personal Support Worker (Part Time/ Full Time)
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Support Worker to provide one-on-one support for adults with exceptionalities. The primary focus of this role is to support the client in participating in their daily program and community activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support and companionship to the clients.
Facilitate and encourage participation in a day program.
Assist with community outings and recreational activities.
Promote independence and personal growth.
Help with daily living tasks as outlined in the client's personalized support plan.
Follow health and safety protocols and document daily activities and progress.
Qualifications and Experience:

Personal Support Worker (PSW)
Developmental Support Worker (DSW)
Social Worker
Recreation Therapist
