Additionally, you acknowledge that during your involvement with the Zed Project, you may be exposed to confidential and commercially sensitive information, including but not limited to internal documents, plans, communications, and details of our patent-pending inventions. You hereby agree to maintain the confidentiality of all such information, not to disclose it to any third parties, and to use it solely for the intended purpose within the scope of your engagement with the Zed Project. This confidentiality obligation shall survive the termination of your involvement with the project and continue indefinitely.
Your acceptance of these terms is a legally binding agreement to respect the confidentiality of our sensitive information and to use it solely for its intended purpose within the Zed Project.
