NEW: FOOD/BEV/DESSERT TICKETED TASTING REQUIREMENTS (4-6pm)
ALL FOOD & BEVERAGE VENDORS must provide Bite Sized Samples 4-6pm. Includes Food Trucks, Tent, Dessert,& Beverages etc. Guests will redeem a Tasting Ticket. For each Tasting Ticket you collect, we will provide you a $1 Vendor Credit. So if you collect 30 Tasting tickets, you will have $30 in Vendor Credits. Turn in Tasting Tickets at the BBOC TENT by close of event. (BBOC will likely have a rep collect tickets) Tasting tickets nor Vendor Credits can be redeemed for Cash value. The goal: Provide guests an opportunity to try your brand. See this as a Marketing Campaign. This is also a Fundraiser for BBOC’s Build Black Fund in support of our BLACK BUSINESS HUB that provide grants and vendor fee discounts to Black-owned businesses. Throughout the event (4-9pm) guests are being encourage to make general purchases in addition to sampling. Lastly, Please Do not turn a customer away. We will have sample cups for you and expect each vendor to sample from 4-6pm. Please do not substitute sampling for a discount or turn customers away, we will provide a fine and may ask you to leave. (Due to several incidents that occurred in 2022, we are being very strict with this policy).
I will provide samples from 4-6pm, and understand I can also make sells from 4-6pm & beyond.
I am not willing to provide samples from 4-6pm and understand, I cannot participate in this event if I opt-out of sampling.
RETAIL/SERVICE/ARTIST CONSUMER DISCOUNT. (4-6pm)
ALL RETAIL & SERVICE VENDORS ‘ust provide Spring Fling Specials (25-50% Discount(s) on 1 or more items) from 1-d. Guests will NOT need a Tasting Ticket to receive discount. The goal: Provide guests an opportunity to patronize your brand and encourages guests to attend the event early. Please view this as a Marketing Campaign. Throughout the event (4-9pm) guests are being encourage to make general purchases.
I will provide a Discount of 25%-50% from 4-6pm on one or more items.

BBOC understands you are Busy and try out best to limit emails. The next correspondence from us will be the Run of Show (unless there are pertinent updates). SETUP is normally up to 2 hours prior to the event’s start time. BBOC’s Event Coordinator, TIA (BBOCVendors@gmail.com), will send you a “RUN OF SHOW” email 24-48hours prior to event. A copy of this vendor agreement will be emailed to you. You can refer to your complete vendor agreement to answer most questions. FYI: We don’t issue invoices until after you are approved. Your payment is confirmation of acceptance to event. Have you fully read and understand vendor expectations, and agree to abide by said expectations, for risk of being fined?
