Welcome drinks service typically last 30 mins, any spare drinks will be stored securely for your collection the next day.     Under our policy and license you are permitted to bring a selection of your own drinks where no corkage or service charge applies - Two of the following 4 options permitted 1. Welcome Reception Drinks: Usually a 30 minute service. Bring Your Own Free Allowance One drink per guest permitted £1.50 service charge per your own additional drink served thereafter. 2. Wine with Your Meal Bring Your Own Bottle Quantities : Round & Top Tables - Max two bottles per table 7 or more guests, One bottle for tables 6 and under guests. Hired in Guest Trestle Tables (seat max 6 guests) one bottle per trestle table. Additional bottles will incur a £7.50 service charge; a maximum one extra bottle per table permitted before food service. No additional bottles are permitted after the main course has been served. 3. Toast Drink - Max one glass per Adult. 4. Shots - Used as favours or for games. Max one x 25 ml shot per adult. Additional shot service charge: £1.50 per 25 ml or £3 per 50 ml. Add Third or Fourth Option - ie, Toast Fizz or Shot Favours / Games £1.50 per glass or 25 ml shot, £3 per 50 ml shot Shot walls, shot/ drinking games and alcoholic favours will incur the charges above. You will not be charged a corkage fee or commercial disposal charge of the empty bottles/cans for the above items. A small glass hire charge (25p per glass) will apply to cover cleaning and breakages. Should you wish to increase the quantities noted above a service charge/corkage fee per item will apply - prior notice and details must be agreed - please ask for more details. Please do not encourage guests to bring their own alcohol and non alcoholic drinks to the venue. For licensing purposes the bridal party and guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol and non alcoholic drinks onto the premises (this includes the car parking area). Any unauthorised alcohol and drinks may be confiscated and available to be collected at the end of the evening/next day. Alcohol will not be served, or sold, to anyone staff believe A) under the age of 18 years. B) Anyone deemed to be suffering from excessive alcohol. C) Anyone with abusive behaviour. Refrigeration - where space is available we are more than happy to store/chill your welcome drinks, wine and fizz (quantities as detailed above). The coldroom is not accessible to guests, please be aware only items served or accessed by staff members may be stored in the coldroom.
