Anson's Bike Buddies Bike Donation

Anson's Bike Buddies is a non-profit bike shop in Hood River, Oregon with a mission to ensure that everyone who wants a bike, can have one. Locals donate their used bikes, our volunteers refurbish them, and we turn around and donate to kids and adults in need.

You or your child are receiving this bike today because you or them asked for one. We hope the bike brings you the freedom, independence and joy that we all feel when we ride a bike.

I understand that I waive the right to sue and seek compensation for damages that may arise from the use of the product in question, regardless of whether the product has been used properly or misused.

By accepting the product, I release and hold harmless Anson’s Bike Buddies, its officers, agents and volunteers from any claims/damages.

I also acknowledge that Anson's Bike Buddies restored this bike to working condition, checking that tires were inflated, chain was clean and mounted, shifting (if applicable) and brakes worked. The condition of the bike is as-is and its the responsibility of the recipient to maintain the bike upon receipt.
