Having a Delegation of Parental Authority (DOPA) isn't the same as being the legal guardian.

The document must show:
- The legal guardian's name
- The current address
- A date in the past two months
Examples include:
- Utility bill
- Lease/purchase agreement
- Bank statement
- Government document
We will not update addresses without the required documents.
