All families that are requesting an address change must provide a proof of address in order to be able to proceed with the change. A proof of address can be a document showing the name of a parent/guardian, the address, and a date within the past two months. Please provide a copy of your proof of address to your student's School Administrative Office.
If you are updating your student’s address to an out of district address you must also provide a completed copy of the Address Change Open Enrollment Application.
Please visit the Enrollment Center webpage, there you can find the Boundary Map to see if your new address is within district boundaries or out of district boundaries. You can also find the Open Enrollment Applications on that webpage.
