Puppy raiser for law enforcement for us.
All puppies will be sold on a strict contract regarding the sale and care of them. I will require first right of refusal at any age/training level for the puppy price you have paid. If I do not wish to regain ownership, I must be made aware of new owners and they must be be willing to keep in contact with me. All puppies will receive a BRN number and will not be allowed to be bred until at a bare minimum, OFA/Pennhip Hips and Elbows, and an embark are completed. They also will not be allowed to be bred until they have passed at a minimum a level 1 (One) title in a protection sport and this will be reflected in a contractual agreement prior to all puppies leaving my care. I understand that just because I have filled this form out, it does not mean I will automatically get a puppy. I also understand that I may make the finalized puppy list but that also does not guarantee that there will be a puppy that matches my wants/needs. A nonrefundable deposit of $500 will be required within 48 hours of the x-ray puppy count and message sent to anyone on the finalized puppy list. This deposit will go towards your full puppy price ($2500), if this deposit is not paid, you will be removed from the list. If you have paid a deposit and there is not a puppy available for you, you will get a full refund for your deposit at that time. If you choose to back out of your spot for any reason, your deposit will NOT be refunded. Type "I understand"
