Abstract Reviewers
Abstract reviews and selection of sessions will be completed by a diverse conference planning committee and recruited reviewers. Based on the abstracts submitted, the planning committee will ensure the program is representative of the variety of topics and geographic areas represented in cancer professionals and oncology care. Reviewers have the opportunity to get a firsthand look at the abstracts submitted during the Call for Abstracts and to help develop the content presented during the conference.
Are you interested in being a reviewer?
The Colorado Cancer Coalition (CCC) Symposium Planning Committee is looking for reviewers for the 2024 CCC Symposium. The theme of the conference this year is Navigating the Journey from Screening to Survival: Redefining the Cancer Roadmap.
Instructions to become a reviewer:
- Fill out the Abstract Reviewer application below. You will be required to select up to four topic areas/populations that you would like to review.
Complete the required conflict of interest form - (will be sent to you if selected.)
Assignments for reviewers:
If accepted to be a reviewer, you may be assigned up to 5 abstracts to review.
Notification of assignments and instructions will be sent in early October 2023.
It is estimated that it will take 20-30 minutes to review one abstract.
Review your assigned abstracts and rate them according to the criteria provided.
Due date for all abstract reviewers is November 1, 2023. Please do not sign up if you can’t meet this timeline.
