Subcontractor/Supplier's Performance Evaluation
Woh Hup’s evaluation of subcontractor/suppliers' performance for the period of Nov 2022 to Jun 2023 is now open.

We would like to hear your feedback on our subcontractors and/or suppliers performance in the following aspects, Safety, Quality, Technical and Production.

Your feedback is valuable in helping us to evaluate the current performance of our approved subcontractors/supplier, identify areas for improvement and assess their suitability for new contracts.

Every project shall generate one evaluation report (form) for each subcontractor/supplier.

1. QAQC, Safety, Technical, Production aspects shall be assessed by respective department heads of the project.

2. Each assessor shall tap "Save" upon completion of their respective section.

3. Team Leader (PD/PM) to tap "Back" to review the assessment made by department heads and click "Submit" upon completion.
