By registering for a class with Ozark Bottoms K9 Academy, LLC (OWK9) you agree to the following: _______ Your registration is for the specific class which you are enrolling for and cannot be transferred to another person or another class. _______ You have 1 week after the last lesson date to complete any remaining homework, at which time the course will be locked and you will not receive credit for any incomplete lessons. No refunds will be made for incomplete lessons. _______ OWK9 reserves the right to dismiss any clients that fail to comply with the training or behavior modification program or who behave in a neglectful or abusive manner to their dog. In the event of dismissal, no refund for the training package is given. _______ You are responsible for your dog, your dog's behavior, and your dog's training and OWK9. OWK9 does not assume any liability of any injury or damage resulting from the action of your dog, and you expressly assume the risk of such damage or injury while attending any training session or any other related function of OWK9 or a OWK9 class.
