Fluff Hardware is currently hiring for a retail associate to work our two store locations in Boise.

JOB DETAILS:

-- Customer service (Retail Associate): Greeter, question answer-er, restocker, and cashier at our brick & mortar stores.

--Local Events: Set up and operate a Fluff Hardware booth at local events including farmers markets and craft fairs.

Job Requirements:

Fluff Hardware is seeking a dependable team member with full scheduling flexibility. The ideal candidate will be available on weekdays, weekends, and occasional evenings.

Both of our store locations typically open by 10 or 11 am and close by 7:00 PM or earlier, so this position is likely not a good fit for high school students. College students are welcome to apply, but pretty open availability is required.

We are looking to fill this position with someone who is available to stick with us through Christmas 2025 or beyond. Due to the commitment required, this role is not suitable for out-of-state college students who are only available seasonally.

Must be available on weekends and weekdays before 3pm

*Must have a driver’s license and own reliable vehicle, or access to a vehicle regularly. You will need to have reliable transportation of some sort as you will be working both Fluff Hardware store locations.

No jewelry making or customer service experience necessary but priority given to those with experience.

Must be 18 or older

The ideal candidate will exibit a strong sense of personal style that aligns with the personality of the Fluff Hardware brand and be able to articulate an understanding of evolving fashion movements, including but not limited to jewelry.

Lastly, a love of beautiful jewelry and accessories is an absolute must! You will be required to wear it! ;)
