· Requests for GSA info sessions are considered on a rolling basis. Generally, info sessions be scheduled in the window of late September to mid-December.
·If there are multiple arts teachers or classes at your school/organization, please coordinate with those areas to ensure this presentation reaches as many students as possible. This includes any teachers/students who work with visual arts, film, photography, creative writing, drama, choir/vocal music, instrumental music (band, orchestra, etc.), and dance.
·GSA is hosting a series of virtual info sessions throughout the autumn (dates and times to be announced); these in-depth sessions will include Q&A, and a recording will be made publicly available afterward for those who cannot attend in real time. Please review this schedule of webinars before completing this form to (1) share with your students, and (2) ensure you feel the info session you are requesting will still be a helpful resource to your students, in addition to the already scheduled virtual info sessions.
· Due to limited administrative capacity, GSA will make final decisions to have a virtual presentations over in-person presenations. In order to prioritize our time and resources, we request that at least a minimum of 10 people be present for the presentation.
That said, we hope you will connect with the virtual info sessions listed above and you are encouraged to contact us with questions/ideas/concerns at gsainfo@kentuckyperformingarts.org. GSA will confirm whether your request can be accommodated, either way.
·If you are completing this form, you are an advocate for young artists – and we are deeply grateful to you. Thank you for all you do – GSA does not take you for granted!
