  - All moneys due are to be deposited and cleared into the official bank account of Oxford Mansions (Pty) Ltd t/a The Solo at First National Bank (FNB).
3. It is the applicants responsibility to ensure payments are made into the correct bank account.
4. No monies are to be paid to any individual directly in cash, including any representatives.
5. Oxford Mansions (Pty) Ltd t/a The Solo reserves the right to approve all tenants solely at its own discretion.
6. The applicant confirms that they consent to all marketing,promotions and any other communication from Oxford Mansions (Pty) Ltd t/a The Solo or any other related party.

I - After the approval of your application, the process is as follows:
1.        Approval letter will be sent with the details of the deposit, rental and application fee.

2.        All forms to be signed, Lease Agreement, House rules, Incoming inspection, Issue card.

3. Apartments will be allocated on a first come first serve basis

4.        Surety to be signed by the person responsible for payment (If applicable)

5.        Finger prints to be uploaded onto the access control system.
