For accessibility purposes, on the long form questions, you will have the option to either upload an audio response or a written response. Please note that in these instances you are to choose whether to submit your response in audio or written form. You are not expected to submit both. The festival begins Wednesday, December 6th and ends on Saturday, December 16th. Please list both your confirmed and pending conflicts during this time.

WORK SAMPLES
Work Samples: In the following section you will provide work samples. For each work sample you will also be asked to write 2-3 sentences sharing both context and your role. The work samples you provide should in someway showcase the same style/form of the work you are proposing. e.g. A strong work sample: "I am applying to perform a dance piece, here is a 3 minute video of me dancing/my choreography." e.g. A weak work sample: I am applying to perform a dance piece, here is a 3 minute video of me performing monologues." Trying something for the first time? We dig it! Send us what you have with an explanation on why you are approaching this new art form.
