This form completes a request for your company to reserve time with a CFA Staff member or assigned technical expert, to teach the coursework of interest at your location. Your company will provide the venue space and any meals. CFA staff will arrange all travel, resources and accommodations for arriving and departing your facility.

Your selected time will be reviewed and if necessary, negotiated based on staff availability.

Costs associated with this event are the responsibility of the host company. IF the number of participants is not finalized at this point, study guides and exams can be added at a later date. The host committee may invite as many participants or coordinate with any other entities to economize the event and increase the attendance opportunity.
