Please read these before you agree to them. Submitting this form means you have read, agree to and understand these terms and any associated fees.
All dogs MUST be up to date on vaccinations and free of fleas. This is your responsibility as a pet owner. Signing below signifies your pets are current and you will check them for fleas and ticks before bringing them for their groom.

IMPORTANT! NO SHOW FEES WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY INVOICED IN 2026. I understand that failure to cancel any appointments in advance of my reminder text will result in a fee of 50% of the total of the appointment. Cancellations less than 24 hours or no shows will be billed 100% of the missed appointment. Reminders are sent out via text 48 hours before your appointment - if you do not cancel BEFORE this reminder is sent, fees will incur and must be paid promptly or all future appointments will automatically be cancelled. Invoices to pay cancellation or no show fees will be sent to your email address or phone number with a link to pay online. Exceptions are made for inclement weather, illness and family emergency but I need to be informed.

I understand that being more than 15 minutes late for my appointment may result in my appointment being cancelled and I will be billed in full for the missed appointment. I don’t understand what the big deal is
I understand that pricing for a groom may change at any time due to condition of coat, haircut requested, behavior of dog, extra-dirty dogs, increased shedding at certain times of the year, re-bathing due to potty messes, requested add-on services like nail grinding or anal glands, increases due to price changes, etc.

I understand that a minimum of 3 hours (more for multiple dogs) is required for most appointments. I understand that The Grooming Gallery closes between 1:00-2:00pm and I will pick up my dog by that time or incur a daycare fee. If someone else is picking up, I will let Seri know that when I drop off. I will communicate my preferred pick up time when I drop my dog(s) off so I can be accommodated to the best of the groomers ability.

Closes BY 2:00, sometimes earlier. Gotta communicate on drop off what time I need to pick up. Gotcha!
That doesn’t work for me. I’ll have to find someone else to groom my dog.
Anal glands are an additional $10 and nail grinding is an additional $5. I understand that I must request these services at drop-off. (nail trimming is included in all grooms. Only grinding is an additional fee. IF your dog will tolerate it.)

Don't forget: grooming can be stressful even for the calmest dog. Avoid clean-up fees by not feeding before their appointment and making sure they potty before you drop them off. Pick up bags are available outside the shop to clean up after your pet!

Ok ok I won't give them a bunch of treats before to make myself feel better. They will still love me even though I'm getting them groomed. Treats after.

Physical cards will be given to you at your LAST appointment of the year with the booked dates and times on it, as well as an email or text with an attachment of these booked dates and times so you can add them to your calendar!
