Helmets are Required* This field is required.At this time, Members and guests are required to wear DOT or SNELL approved helmets on club rides. No exceptions.
I understand that no one will be permitted to go on a club ride without a proper helmet.I do not agree with this rule. I will not join Dunes and Trails.

Disclaimer and Release of Liability* This field is required. Disclaimer and Release of Liability: I recognize that driving or riding in an off-road vehicle is a hazardous activity that can result in serious personal injury or death. I / We accept the risks inherent of off-roading which includes, but is not limited to, obstacles on and off the roads and trails, rapidly changing weather, limited visibility, variation of slope and steepness on and off the trails, surface or subsurface conditions on and off the trails and roads, collisions with other vehicles including other riders, and collisions with devices used to mark the boundary of trails or roads. I / We agree that we will adhere to the DUNES AND TRAILS UTV CLUB bylaws, which includes, but is not limited to, the requirement that DOT or Snell approved helmets are used on club rides. In consideration of my participation in any of the functions, events, and rides of the DUNES AND TRAILS UTV CLUB, I hereby release and agree to hold harmless the DUNES AND TRAILS UTV CLUB, their officers, directors, board and committee members, club members, ride leaders and all other representatives from all claims. I have carefully read this agreement and the release of liability and fully understand its contents. I am aware that this release of liability is a contract between the DUNES AND TRAILS UTV CLUB and myself and I sign it of my own free will. I also agree to allow DUNES AND TRAILS UTV CLUB to post photos of myself participating in any function, event, or ride. My signature below or clicking I have read and agree if online, signifies that I have read and agree with this release. If I DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS RELEASE AND DO NOT SIGN THIS RELEASE, I understand I will not be able to attend any function, event, or ride of the DUNES AND TRAILS UTV CLUB.
I have read and agree with the Release of Liability and will not hold any member of Dunes and Trails liable for any damages or injuries.I do not agree with the Release of Liability. I do not wish to be a member of Dunes and Trails.
