Appointment Preparation: For all lash appointments it is very important you arrive on time with your eye area and lashes squeaky clean, completely clear of any and all makeup and mascara residue. Any traces of makeup or moisturizer can act as a barrier preventing your lashes from properly attaching and/or bonding to the extension. This may prevent getting the maximum out of your lash application appointment or cause premature shedding shortening the retention of your lash extensions.

Best practices in lash after care will allow for longer lasting and healthy lashes. Clients should be advised to do the following:

● Do not wash/wet lashes and no steam or spray tan the first 24 hours
● Wash and rinse lashes daily with lash cleanser, baby shampoo or an oil-free makeup remover
● Avoid strong heat such as ovens or grills; Heat can melt or distort extensions
● Avoid rubbing, picking or pulling lashes
● Avoid using oil-based products and do not use waterproofmascaras or eyeliner
● Do not use an eyelash curler
● Do not attempt to cut or remove extensions
● Avoid sleeping on your face
● Always brush your lashes in the morning and at night to keep your lashes neat
● Schedule refill appointment between 2-4 weeks to fill in the areas where natural lashes have fallen out and new lashes are growing in order to keep lashes looking full.

Scheduling Policy:

All clients must have a credit card on file prior to booking an appointment for any service to secure appoiniments. We understand sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. If you must reschedule or cancel an appointment, we respectfully ask for at least 48 hours' notice.

Due to the time-sensitive and customized nature of our services, a fixed time has been specifically reserved for you. Our appointments are confirmed 72, 48 and 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Therefore, a Cancellation Fee will be applied to the card on file.

Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel must contact us directly (call 844-PRO-BEAUTY) within 6 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount.
"NO SHOWS" will result in a charge of 100% of the reserved service(s) amount.
Lateness: If you are running late for your appointment, please contact US immediately at 1-844-PRO-BEAUTY. Your appointment is your time, set-aside specifically for the lash service you requested. So as not to inconvenience other scheduled clients, if you are late for your appointment, we will not be able to run overtime into someone else's appointed time. Arriving late means that your appointment will be cut short and we may not have the time required to apply as many lashes as you would like. Please be aware that if you are 15 minutes or more overdue to your appointment you may need to reschedule your appointment. Standard booking fees will still apply. To get the most out of your appointment and to make sure we can make your lashes as lovely as possible, please be on time and with all eye make-up removed.
