I understand that a 50% deposit is due with the reservation. The remainder of the cost of stay is due when the dog joins us on the first day of the stay.
Dogs should be current on flea prevention. If your dog is found to have fleas, you agree for a Capstar pill to be administered at a cost of 10.00 (required)

Pet Owner recognizes there are risks while in care, including but not limited to injury, illness, accidents. PawPrint Cottage takes the care of our guests very seriously, however in the case of such occurrence, PawPrint Cottage B&B (a subsidiary of PawPrint Cottage Rescue Inc. will not be liable for such occurrences.

Failure to pick up: If the pet is not picked up 5 days beyond the agreed upon schedule, the pet is considered surrendered and now owned by PawPrint Cottage Rescue and appropriate choices will be made by the rescue based on this.
I understand that dogs who have cough, diarreah, internal or external parasites, or other symptoms of conditions that may be contagious to others will not be allowed to stay until those symptoms have cleared for the health of all of the dogs in care.

Dogs who arrive with illness symptoms will not be accepted into care.

The deposit is nonrefundable, but with appropriate prior notice, will be applied to another stay.

- Medications and instructions (Medications may be given morning and/or night)
