I understand that this programme is offered in English and that spoken and written proficiency is required.I will attain and provide proof of comprehensive travel insurance, including health & medical coverage prior to the commencement of any HELD programme.I will take full financial responsibility for all medical related incursions.I agree to conduct myself in a respectful manner towards all teachers, fellow classmates and the studio staff.

REFUND POLICY (Retreats & Trainings):

HELD with Tina Nance does not offer full refunds on any programmes.

The $500 deposit & $50 USD application fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
The $500 deposit will only be refunded if the application is not accepted to the program.
Programme Fees less deposit will be refunded in full 2 months ++ out from training commencement.
50% payment (less deposit) will be refunded 4 weeks - 2 months out from the training.
No refunds will be made within 4 weeks of the programme. Any fees paid will be non-refundable and non-transferable.

ILLNESS, ACCIDENT OR INJURY: (retreats & trainings)

If the government restricts or shuts down group events in South Africa - the programme will be postponed to a later date once restrictions are lifted. If you cannot attend this date you have the option to transfer your payment to another future HELD programme in person or online within 5 years. You also have the option to transfer your spot to a friend.
In the case you make your own decision and choose not to go forward with your travels, then the same policy and options as above will be applied.
If HELD cancels prior to programme commencement, a full refund will be made, or you have the option to transfer your payment to another future HELD programme in person or online within 5years.
If HELD cancels after programme commencement, a refund will be made equal to pro-rated hrly tuition for those hours not received by the student (this is based on the total tuition paid by the student) or you have the option to transfer your payment to another future HELD programme in person or online within 5 years
For retreat programmes, all of the above applies plus the addition of refund for accommodation and meals not provided.

POSTPONEMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

If HELD by Tina Nance must cancel or postpone a scheduled retreat or teacher training date for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and you may transfer your full payment to another retreat or training. Except in cases of Force Majeure (see below), you may request a refund of your payments to us,in alignment with the refund policy outlined above. HELD by Tina Nance is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled or postponed retreat or training, such as airline tickets, loss of work, visas fees and/or other costs associated with preparation for your trip.

HELD by Tina Nance is excused from performance and shall not be liable for any delay in performance or non-performance, in whole or in part, when certain circumstances beyond our control arise, making performance inadvisable, commercially impracticable, illegal, or impossible. These include but are not limited to work stoppages, fires, civil disobedience, riots, rebellions, natural disasters, acts of God, acts of war or terrorism, actions or decrees of governmental bodies, disease or medical epidemics, pandemic or outbreaks, curtailment of transportation facilities preventing or delaying attendance by at least twenty-five percent of event participants, and similar occurrences.

If HELD by Tina Nance’s ability to hold an event has been so affected, we will promptly give you written notice and use our best efforts to resume performance. Upon receipt of such notice, all obligations shall be immediately suspended for the duration of such Force Majeure Event. HELD by Tina Nance will offer a credit / transfer of payments made to a future event within 5 years after the cessation of the Force Majeure event.
