A celebration in Sandringham Village which will incorporate food vendors, live music, carnival rides, street entertainment and much much more.

 

Sandy Festival will be run together with Always Live - End of the Line, featuring:

Previous Sandy Festivals have had an attendance of 8000 - 10000 throughout the day.

 Stallholders - Application Form

If you would like to participate please fill out the expressions of interest form below.

Please note that by completing this form, it does not confirm your participation in the market, it is only an expression of interest.

Stallholders will be required to provide their own marquee and have their own public liability insurance.

 

Stallholders conditions 

1. Stallholders must have their own marquee with (minimum of 30kg weights per leg) no pegging allowed by Bayside City Council.  If winds are forecast then increase your weights to minimum 40kg per leg
2. The standard site size is 3m x 3m.
3. If power is required, stallholders MUST supply their own generators. (Must be quiet generators) 
4. All stallholders must supply the event manager with a copy of their public liability insurance certificate once approved. (minimum cover of $10m)
5. Fee payment is required prior to the event and are non refundable.
6. In the event that the event is cancelled by the event organisers, then stallholder payment will be refunded.
7. In the event that the event is cancelled due to extreme weather conditions, then a 50% refund will be processed. (at the discretion of the event organiser)
8. No credits or refunds will be issued due to bad weather on event day
9. There is no parking allowed on site (Please note only one vehcile per stallholder is allowed on site at anyone time, while bumping in / bumping out.
