    In order to be considered for an adoption you must:  *Be at least 25 years or older. *An identification showing your present address and age. *Have the knowledge and consent of your landlord prior to the cat/kitten leaving with you. A copy of pet deposit must presented. *Be able and willing to spend the time and money necessary to provide the settling in, medical treatment, and proper care for your cat/kitten. * All people in the residence must be aware of the adoption and agree to it. * We reserve the right to deny any application/adoption based on the answers given on the application, and any communication to the a DFW representative including during the meet & greet. Please fill in the form below and email when complete. Please answer all questions for your application to be considered for adoption. *Filling out the application does not commit you to adopting our cats/kittens.* DFWPDCR WILL NOT TRANSPORT OR ARRANGE OUT OF STATE ADOPTIONS. ADOPTERS MUST BE PRESENT AT THE ADOPTION MEET AND GREET TO COMPLETE THE ADOPTION.

  • *We do require renters to provide proof from the landlord that the new pet will be allowed. If a pet deposit/fee is required it must be paid prior to the cat/kitten comes home with the apporved adopter. Should the landlord require a copy of the medical records please inform us and we will be happy to get a copy for you.*

  • DFW Purebred & Domestic Cat Rescue Inc. will be informed if the cat/kitten is stolen, lost or unexpectedly passes immediately. Do you agree?*
  • For any reason you are no longer able to care for the cat/kitten,we are to be contacted and it is to be returned to DFW Purebred & Domestic Cat Rescue Inc. Do you agree?*

    I understand that if I falsify any of my answers that my application will automatically be disqualified and I will no longer be considered for adoption with DFW Purebred and Domestic Cat Rescue, Inc.

    I understand that should my application not be approved I can not resubmit.

    If I have someone submit an application for me under their name they will also no longer have the option to adopt from DFW Purebred and Domestic Cat Rescue, Inc.
