• DFW PUREBRED & DOMESTIC CAT RESCUE ADOPTION APPLICATION

    In order to be considered for an adoption you must: Be 21 years or older. We require an identification showing your present address. Have the knowledge and consent of your landlord prior to the cat/kitten leaving with you. Be able and willing to spend the time and money necessary to provide the training, medical treatment, and proper care for your cat/kitten. Our adoption fees are non-negotiable.   • *We do require renters to provide proof from the landlord that the new pet will be allowed. If a pet deposit/fee is required it must be paid prior to the cat/kitten comes home with the apporved adopter. Should the landlord require a copy of the medical records please inform us and we will be happy to get a copy for you.*

    I understand that if I falsify any of my answers that my application will automatically be disqualified and I will no longer be considered for adoption with DFW Purebred and Domestic Cat Rescue, Inc.

    I understand that should my application not be approved I can not resubmit.

    If I have someone submit an application for me under their name they will also no longer have the option to adopt from DFW Purebred and Domestic Cat Rescue, Inc.
