Poll Worker Class Registration Form

Complete this form by filling in the information requested. You must choose one in-person class. All classes will be held at the UF Wakulla County Extension Office, 84 Cedar Avenue. Since class size is limited, please choose your first and second choices (if applicable). A Class Confirmation letter will be mailed to you to bring to your training class.
