  • This is ONLY a WAITLIST for DOGS and not an actual appointment form.  When an appointment becomes available, you will be notified and given the opportunity to take or decline the appointment at that time.

Thank you for your interest in our PAWS spay/neuter program. We offer a low-cost option for your cat or dog.

The surgeries are performed at the Low Cost Spay Neuter Clinics in Noblesville and Brownsburg, Indiana, and usually take place on the third Tuesday of each month.

Low-Cost Spay/Neuter will transport your pet(s) to the clinic, but you must drop them off at our Greenfield office, at 1224 W. Main Street, on the morning of surgery between 6:30-6:45am for CATS, and between 6:45-7:00am for DOGS.  P.A.W.S. has large crates that will be used to transport dogs.

There is a $12 surcharge per cat (with a cap of $36 per family) for round-trip transportation.  There is a $12 surcharge per dog for round-trip transportation.

Your pets will be coming home the SAME DAY between 6:30-7pm. PLEASE keep your phone with you, ON AND CHARGED so we may contact you with any changes in pick-up times.

IF YOUR PET HAS FLEAS, the clinic will give it a Capstar to kill the fleas, and you will be charged an additional $8 fee.

     Please Note:

A $26.50 deposit per animal is due at the time you receive your appointment.

When you pick up your animal(s) from the spay/neuter surgery, $25 of each $26.50 deposit will be applied toward the bill that you owe at that time. If the bill is less than the deposit you paid, you will be refunded the difference.

Please note that this deposit is non-refundable should you not show or cancel your appointment less than 4 days before the date you are scheduled for.

If you have any questions, please contact pawshancockspayneuter@gmail.com.

If you have any questions about transport prior to, or on the day of surgery, please call the transport team at 703-909-0242.
