Terms & Conditions
1. Payment & Cancellations:
  1. The deposit is due one day after receiving the invoice.
  2. The remaining fees are due two weeks from the arrival day for the scheduled trip, in which the trip begins.
  3. All deposits and payments are non-refundable once submitted to Bolled Flight Marketing, LLC.
  4. In the event the you cancel your scheduled trip, you will not be refunded and forfeit your payment, which will not be applied as credit to future trips.
  5. In the event your trip is canceled due to severe or unsafe weather conditions prior to the scheduled arrival date, Bolled Flight Marketing, LLC will reschedule your trip within the following 12 months.
  6. Severe and unsafe weather conditions will be determined by Bolled Flight Marketing, LLC.
  7. Bolled Flight Marketing, LLC reserves the right to cancel a hunting trip of an individual at its own discretion if the guest fails to adhere to II: Licensing.
2. Licensing:
  1. Guests are fully responsibly for purchasing their own hunting licenses to their own expense.
  2. Guest's own responsibility for ensuring the licenses, permits and stamps are for the correct hunting dates and fall within the state's regulation in which guest's are hunting.
3. Lodging and animals:
  1. All guests are fully responsible for any damage or destruction to the host lodge. Damage and desctruction could result in fines requested from the guest(s) by the host lodge.
  2. If guest(s) refuse to pay the fines, guest(s) understand and acknowledge that legal action could pursued by Bolled Flight Marketing, LLC or its owners to recover the expenses.
  3. Pets are allowed at the host lodge but only with pre-approval by Bolled Flight Marketing, LLC, prior to the event.

Liability Waiver
1. Covenant to hold Harmless and Absolve Liability:
  1. Guest acknowledges that hunting and other related activities have inherent risks, hazards, and dangers that cannot be eliminated.
  2. Guest also acknowledges that agreeing to hunt or participate in any related activity with Bolled Flight Marketing, LLC, that there are additional risks, hazards, and dangers to themselves and others that cannot be eliminated.
  3. Guest understands that these risks, hazards, and dangers include without limitation and agree to the following:
    
    The propensity of other participants and animals to behave in ways that result in injury, harm, or death to myself or others around them.
    
    The unpredictability of an individuals or animals reaction to such things as sounds, sudden movement, and unfamiliar objects, places, persons, or other animals.
    
    Certain hazards such as surface and sub-surface conditions that I might encounter whether they are obvious or not obvious, man made or natural that may contribute to injury harm or death.
    
    Hunter acknowledges that there is the potential of another participant to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to injury, harm, or death to me, such as maintaining control of their gun or not acting within his or her ability.
    
    Hunter understands the risks of handling firearms and being near others that have firearms in their possession and participating in an activity that involves the firing of a firearm.
    
    Hunter fully understands that they are hunting in rugged country where the use of a firearm, encounters with wildlife, animals, insects and temperature extremes and inclement weather are all likely to present a risk, hazard, and danger to me and other participants.
    
    Hunter accepts and acknowledges the unavailability of immediate professional medical attention in the wilderness. Bolled Flight Marketing, LLC shall have full authority to administer treatment of any injury as they deem necessary to insure the health and safety of myself and I hold them harmless for all treatment and actions.
    
    Hunter understands that these activities require them to be in good physical condition.
    
    Hunter understands that they have responsibilities and that their participation in this activity is voluntary and elect to participate in spite of the risks.
    
    Hunter is voluntarily using the services of Bolled Flight Marketing, LLC with full knowledge if the inherent risks of injury, paralysis, loss or death.
  4. Guest KNOWINGLY AND INTENTIONALLY WAIVES AND RELEASES
    INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Bolled Flight Marketing, LLC, Julia Gibson, the land owner, their directors, officers, agents, employees and volunteers from and against any and all claims, actions, causes of action, liabilities, suits, expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected with guest's participation in this activity including but not limited to NEGLIGENCE of any kind or nature whether foreseen or unforeseen, arising directly or indirectly out of any damage, loss, injury, paralysis or death to themselves as a result of their engaging in these activities or the use of services, animals, facilities or equipment, whether such damage, loss, injury, paralysis, or death results from negligence of Bolled Flight Marketing, LLC, or some other cause. The guest, their heirs, their successors, executors, subrogees, further agree not to sue Bolled Flight Marketing, LLC, Julia Gibson, THE LAND OWNER, their directors, officers, agents, employees, and volunteers as a result of any injury, paralysis, or death suffered in connection with hunter's use and participation in the activities of hunting, or any other related activity.
2. Laws & Regulations
  1. Guest will abide by all applicable Federal and State laws throughout the duration of the scheduled trip.
  2. Any violation of the Federal, State, and/or Local laws by the guest shall be a result of hunter's own actions and agrees to bear responsibility for such.
  3. Guest and will not hold Bolled Flight Marketing, LLC, Julia Gibson, the land owner, their directors, officers, agents, employees and volunteers responsible for any actions during the trip.
3. Drugs and alcohol:
  1. NO drugs will be allowed at any time during the trip. In the event that the guest is seen consuming or possessing drugs at any point during the trip, Bolled Flight Marketing, LLC has the right to cancel the remainder of the trip at the guest's expense.
  2. Extensive use of alcohol will NOT be allowed at any time prior to or during hunts. In the event that the guest is seen consuming or possessing alcohol prior to or during the hunt, Bolled Flight Marketing, LLC has the right to cancel the immediate hunting session at the guest's expense.
4. Media:
  1. Guest agrees that any and all photos, videos or other media-related items captured by the guest is mutual property.
  2. Bolled Flight Marketing, LLC may use, replicate and redistribute any and all photos, videos or other media-related items captured during the time of the trip without the permission of the guest for any and all uses and purposes.
