2023 Manager Scholarship PROGRAM

Dear Applicant,

The Wisconsin Club Managers Foundation will award scholarships annually, based on the availability of funds and merit of application in support of continuing education.  In order to assist recipients meet certification requirements and prepare them for the CCM exam, the amount of each scholarship will be determined at the time of recipient selection by the committee.  The dedicated funding is up to $5,000 in 2023 and can be used towards any of the following programs:

All of the BMI series
Certification Review Course (including Study Guide)
CCM Exam Fees
Conference Education

Scholarship awards will be granted based on recommendations made by the Wisconsin Club Managers Foundation Allocation Committee.

Application Requirements:

Candidates must be a professional member of the Wisconsin Badger Chapter, CMAA in good standing on September 1, 2023

Complete the scholarship application.  Due on or before September 25, 2023.

Write a paragraph addressing the following components:
Describe your career objectives and goals.
Detail the reason(s) you wish to pursue your CCM/CCE/MCM designation.
Explain your specific interests within the private club management field.
Tell us about why you need this scholarship and how you would use it.
 

Please note:  Any application that does not meet all the requirements will not be considered.

Restrictions

The scholarship only applies to programs/courses not yet taken.
The scholarship must be used within one year from the date of the award.

TIMELINE:

September 25:     Deadline for application submission and recommendation forms, no exceptions

September 28:  Scholarship Committee Review Date

October 23:  Scholarship Winners are publicly announced at the Annual Meeting
