  • Your Planning Consultation

    The key to a great family portrait is planning. We have a planning consultation before every family portrait session to help you plan all the details and answer all your questions. 

    We will meet at the studio for about 45 minutes. During our meeting, we will discuss the style of your portrait, the location, the time of day, and clothing options. Of course, we will also answer all your questions about the entire process and the costs.

    If you do not live in the local area, we will have the same meeting via a Zoom conference call. We know you are busy and we respect your time, but please understand that the consultation is essential to a successful and stress-free session. It is time well spent!

    Please note the following requests if you cannot consult with us at the studio.

    • Please be at a computer and free for the time of our appointment. During our call, we will be sharing images and discussing ideas. The use of a cell phone is not recommended.
    • We cannot complete an online consultation if you are driving, walking the dog, or otherwise engaged. 

  • Do you have a time preference for your consultation? Consultations are Tuesday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

    Consultations usually last about 45 minutes. This is our chance to get acquainted and to answer any questions you might have.
