General Information:
HFTP is conducting a Call for Presentations for the HITEC Charlotte 2024 Educational Program. All completed submissions will be reviewed by the HITEC Advisory Council.

HFTP is looking for an array of topics that are innovative, engaging, inspiring, and informative for the hospitality technology industry.

All proposals submitted should strive to be relevant to current and emerging trends and challenges in the hospitality technology industry. Proposals should provide original solutions, technologies or practices that have the potential to impact the hospitality industry positively. Presenters should have a deep understanding of the topic, while also being highly knowledgeable in the area of hospitality technology. The proposed presentation should offer practical insights and takeaways, as well as a valuable experience for attendees. The proposal should be well-written with clearly defined objectives, content and structure, and should address current and timely issues or technologies affecting the hospitality industry.
Note: It is preferred that this proposal be exclusively created for HITEC Charlotte 2024.

Selected presenters will receive a complimentary HITEC Charlotte registration in exchange for speaking, which is non-transferrable. Presenters will be responsible for their own travel and hotel expenses incurred by participating in the event.

Ultimately, the decisions regarding the educational topics, session content, and selected speakers for HITEC Charlotte are decided by the members of the HITEC Advisory Council. You will be notified if your proposal is selected by March 28, 2024. Upon acceptance, HFTP reserves the right to modify the session title, description, learning objectives and speaker to fit our style and format guidelines for the purpose of aligning with the vision and expectations of the HITEC Advisory Council.
