By Signing this form, I authorize MYPCSVIP WEB AGENCY to process my debit or credit card for the services I have selected above. I understand that there will be a ONE TIME charge of $375 made to my Debit or Credit card. If I choose to sign up for the the online Listing Services or any Social Media Marketing, I will be charge a monthly recurring fee depending on the service selected.

24 Hour Refund Policy: If I decide to cancel my services with in 24 hours after Signing Up for any Membership Provided by MYPCSVIP WEB AGENCY, I will be receiving a full refund back to my Debit or Credit Card I use at the time of Signing up. If I cancel the services After 24 HOURS I undertasnd there won't be any refunds made to my debit or Credit card, since my work has already started on my website project or Any Social Media Marketing work.
