    1. Check Legal Requirement to be met before the destruction of a record: Records Detention & Disposal Sch for Non Gov Schools 2018.pdf
     

    2. Complete the Jotform below to request approval from your Senior Line manager and Principal to destroy the document.
     

    3. Once you receive approval via email select and complete the link to register the destruction of the document.
     

    4. Destroy the document.
