Murals on Glass

The Urbana Arts & Culture Program and 40 North invite artists to participate in a new cycle of Murals on Glass, an initiative to feature local artworks on downtown Urbana windows. This cycle, two selected pieces will be reproduced in adhesive vinyl and adhered to windows at the south and east entrances of Lincoln Square. The two selected artists will be awarded an honorarium of $150. Submission deadline is 11:59pm on Friday, March 28th.
ELIGIBILITY
- Established and emerging artists are welcome to apply.
- Applicants must be based in Champaign County.
- Artwork must be of an appropriate nature for public family-friendly viewing.
- All genres, styles, and media will be considered.

Each artist may submit up to 3 hi res images (300 dpi preferred). If you are unable to provide images in this format or are unable to resize existing images, please submit available images and make note in the comment section. Both windows are rectangular in format so depending on the proportions of your submitted images, some cropping of the final selection may be required. Selected work may be re-shot for the purpose of print quality.
