    This is the support form for WIA's website, membership, and account issues. If you need assistance with an event or the Mentorship Program/Portal, please contact the appropriate email addresses (available via selection below). All tickets are addressed within 2-3 business days. WIA Support is only available on weekdays, excluding federal holidays and extended WIA breaks.
  • For all mentorship program questions, including issues with your profile, please email Mentorship@wearewia.org.

  • The WIA support team is unable to provide answers for events. We can only assist with member account and website issues. For event issues, please reach out to our Events Manager at Events@wearewia.org. They can better assist you with information about any WIA event.

     

  • Site Speed/Uptime: The WIA site is experiencing heavy traffic and will influx between high/low speed and down/uptime. This is expected. We recommend checking in occasionally or watching WIA's social media or Discord for major website updates.

    WAITING ROOM: We have implemented a virtual waiting room to ensure a smooth and equitable experience. As soon as there’s enough space, you’ll be let onto our site automatically. Capacity is limited at this time and will increase once applications open. Please stay in the waiting room and only have one instance of the WIA website open. Refreshing will keep your spot in line. Once you enter the website, only access what you need to. If you are idle for more than 10 minutes, you will be sent back to the waiting room. It's okay to fill out the Mentorship Profile another day, as long as it is completed before all Mentorship applications close! This may improve your user experience.
