Your appointment will begin with a 15 minute full consultation to refine the plan for your service.

I understand that I am required to prepay a booking fee in order to secure both your time and the supplies required to achieve my hair goals. This booking fee will be paid against the balance of my services. By booking this appointment, I authorize Krissy Weiland-Nettles, DBA It's Krissy, to charge my credit card a non-refundable, no-show/last minute cancellation, booking fee which is 50% of my scheduled service, should I miss or cancel my appointment without 24 hours notice.
