  • Dear Apartment Applicant:

    Thank you for your interest in applying at our apartment community. We screen our applicants very carefully, and completely verify all information provided to us on the rental application you complete, and from other resources available to us. We run a credit report, criminal background check,  verify employment and check previous rental history.

     

    The screening and verification process is used for every applicant the same way-fairly, consistently and uniformly. We work very diligently to observe both the spirit and the letter of fair housing laws-not just because they are the law of the land, but because we sincerely believe, personally and as a company in fair housing for everyone.

     

    Please completely fill out your application.  If you do not provide us with complete information we will not be able to process your application successfully. If there is any item on the application that you do not understand, please ask for assistance from the Manager. If there is additional information that you feel might be of assistance to us in processing your application, please let us know. We are here to be of service to you and to others seeking housing.

     

    There is a $50.00   application fee (non refundable for any reason) for each adult (18 years or older) due when completing your application. The application is required to be submitted through the link that you are accessing the application through. Once completing the APPLICATION, it will automatically be emailed to management and an application fee will be requested immediately. Applications will not be processed without payment of the application fee.

    • If you are employed, Management will need your last 4 paystubs.
    • If you are self-employed, Management will need a copy of your schedule C from your last filed tax return
    • If you receive retirement, Management will need a copy of your monthly benefit letter.

  • I understand that once I have paid a security deposit on an apartment, I will be required to provide a copy of my driver's license and social security card to management before signing a lease agreement with Timberline Apartments. If for any reason, I choose not to enter into a lease agreement after the apartment has been held and a security deposit has been paid, my security deposit will be forfeited as liquidated damages after three days (72 hours) of payment.

    “The information on this application is requested by the apartment owner in order to assure the Federal Government, acting through Farmers home Administration that Federal Laws prohibiting discrimination against tenant applicants on the basis of race, national origin, religion, familial status, age, and handicap are complied with. You are not required to furnish this information, but are encouraged to do so. This information will not be used in evaluating your application or to discriminate against you in any way. However, if you choose not to furnish it, the owner is required to note the race/national origin and sex of the individual applicants on the basis of visual observation or surname.”
