  • Authorized Signer Contact Information

    We will use this contact information to distribute a formal agreement via DocuSign for review and execution. All MFStrategies agreements must be entered into by a candidate (or executive director in the case of non-candidate organizations), or the organization's treasurer. We cannot enter into agreements with campaign managers or department directors (i.e. Finance Directors).
