Policies and Procedures: Missed Lessons and Make-Up Policy: There are NO refunds given for missed lessons WITHOUT a 24 hr notice of scheduled time of lesson in advance, NO EXCEPTIONS. If you have to miss a lesson due to ANY reason please call or text your teacher with Joy Music Studios within 24 hours of your scheduled lesson time to reschedule lesson. You will be offered a make up lesson. If you must miss a lesson and have given a 24 hr notice you must make up that lesson within the same calendar month OR 30 days prior or after lesson date. Once a make up lesson is scheduled, no additional make up lessons will be offered if you cancel that lesson for ANY reason. Forms of Payment: All students are required to have a credit card on file in the occurrence of a missed lesson without proper notice. This card will be charged for your First Time Discount Lesson upon submission of this form.*
