2025 Southern Junior Championship Refund Policy

Withdrawal: If an accepted player withdraws for any reason before 11:59pm CST on Monday, May 5, 2025, the entry fee will be refunded, subject to a $25.00 service fee in addition to the non-refundable application fee of $40.00 (i.e., $285.00 refunded). If an accepted player withdraws for any reason after the close of registration and before 11:59pm CST on Sunday, June 8, 2025, 50% of the entry fee will be refunded (i.e., $175.00 refunded). No refunds will be made for withdrawals beginning Monday, June 9, 2025.

Alternates: Full refund, minus the $40.00 non-refundable application fee, if a player does not participate in the championship.
